Star Wars

According to Le Cinéphiles, an incredibly reputable and definitely not satirical news source featured in numerous established publications such as the LA Times, Leonardo DiCaprio’s ex-girlfriend, Camila Morrone, revealed what she considers to be the “worst date of [her] life”:

“He rented out a whole cinema, and made me watch every single ‘Star Wars’ movie while he ran around with his lightsaber pretending to fight bad guys.”

Among the countless questions that arise from this statement, I believe we can all agree that our initial thought was simply “how is this a bad date?” Not only were they able to watch over 10 unbroken hours of Star Wars content, but she had the privilege of seeing DiCaprio put on a live performance of each lightsaber battle.

With the Star Wars franchise only increasing in popularity with younger generations, it comes as no surprise that DiCaprio is such a fan. His youthful nature becomes particularly evident when examining his widely publicized dating history, as he clearly enjoys spending time with today’s youth. His spritely heart is so young, in fact, that one source tells us that by the time they finished this screening, Morrone was already too old for him.

While the possibilities of a second date remain unclear, rumors indicate that DiCaprio plans on following up the Star Wars saga by screening the entirety of the Lord of the Rings Extended Editions.
